The album features one single extended track of gentle music combined with nature sounds. Instruments featured are keyboard, organ, acoustic and electric guitars, flutes and synthesizer.

As the name of the album suggests, composers Alberto Grollo and Capitanata have created the album to help one languish in an atmosphere of tranquility during a Reiki session, incorporating soft fluid ambient music, gentle string/guitar arrangements, flute and nature sounds into the mix. The album also utilizes the light sound of chimes at varying intervals to signal hand position changes. The overall mood is well served by the fact there is just one long track, and it unfolds like a painting with colours, textures and evocative vibrations that seem to spring from the natural world. The music's ethereal nature and slow, wandering pace make it equally perfect for use during a massage, healing work or for use in a spa.
